Before you start
Is Round 1 really free?
Yes. Jacquemuse does not charge for Round 1. Anything after that requires a separate written agreement you sign first. You will never be enrolled or charged automatically.
Do I need credit monitoring?
Yes. We need active monitoring to pull your reports and track changes. It's a separate subscription billed directly by the monitoring company, not by Jacquemuse.
How long does Round 1 take?
The bureaus usually respond within 30–45 days. Upload any letters you receive to your portal so we can review them.
Can you guarantee results?
No one honestly can. The bureaus and creditors decide every dispute. What we guarantee is accurate, compliant work and clear communication the whole way.
